I have been enthusiastically involved in fitness for several years and in 2009 decided to share my love of fitness. I became an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer in 2009 and began working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor in a woman’s gym. I am a Level 1 Piloxing Instructor, Shapes certified aqua fitness instructor and also hold certification in boot camp instruction. I have taught water fitness, Piloxing, cardio kickboxing, aerobic weight training, boot camps and spin. Over the last 2 years I have also fallen more in love with yoga, and CrossFit and am in the process of completing both my 500hr YTT and CrossFit Level 1 certifications. I am also both a doTERRA Wellness Advocate and USANA Health sciences distributor.
